July Librarians' Spotlight: Matthew Good, Librarian, Donegal Junior High School

R. Matthew Good is Donegal Junior High School’s librarian and a Teacher Fellow with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Matthew was a presenter at the 2019 PSLA conference; Sharing Stories: Librarian as Human Rights Advocate. In 2018 he was awarded a Learning and Leadership Grant through the National Education Association to travel to Rwanda, Africa to study the Genocide against the Tutsi and the ongoing reconciliation process. Matthew is a 2012 alum of the Holocaust and Jewish Resistance Teachers’ Program that traveled to Israel, Germany, and Poland to study the Holocaust. This summer he will be a facilitator for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Belfer National Educator Conference.
