There are many opportunities for Pennsylvania school librarians to connect, hold conversations, get answers to questions, and to share useful resources.  

Members Only

PSLA Community Forums - This is a members-only, online platform for discussions and posting of resources. Log-in to your profile to access the forums.

• This tool allows you to distribute messages to all of the members subscribing to the list with a simple email to the e-list address: [email protected]
• Communicate with the membership through a single email.
• Manage your subscription and preferences through your member profile.

• Log into your profile and click on the "My Profile" tab.
• Hover over the My Features tab and click E-Lists.
• Control your subscription and email delivery preferences.
• Click the list name to view and search previous posts.
• Set your primary email address by going to the My Profile tab and clicking on "edit.” Note: Your preferred email is NOT your primary email.
• Add [email protected] as a contact in your personal inbox to assure that you receive e-list emails.

• (From your personal email): Send an email to [email protected] using the email address that is listed in your profile.
• Replies to e-list messages will be sent to the entire membership list. If you wish replies to be sent directly to your inbox, be sure to specify this in your message along with your preferred email address.

SCHOOLS (Pennsylvania School Librarians Listserv) - A Commonwealth Libraries listserv open to any Pennsylvania school librarian who is interested in discussions related to school libraries in Pennsylvania. Information for joining this listserv can be found here.

PAMAILALL - A Commonwealth Libraries Listserv, this is for anyone with an interest in Pennsylvania Libraries, including library staff, trustees, Friends. Join using the link, or send an email to " ra-lists AT pa.gov" with the subject "SUBSCRIBE TO PAMAILALL listserv".  In your message include: Your name, Position title, Name of your library, and The list(s) to which you wish to subscribe.
